You are hereby invited to submit your application
to display and sell your food products at the annual Art in the Park fine
arts festival in Swartz Creek, Michigan on August 25, 2012. The event will be held at Elms Park on Elms
Road in Swartz Creek, Michigan (Click here for a location map.). The event hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We expect
to have nearly 3000 patrons attend the event throughout the day..
Deadline:
Your
application, along with the fee, must be submitted before August 24, 2012
at 5:00 PM EDT.
Fee:
The fee
is $125.00, payable at the time of application.
What you get:
· A space as large as you need on a concrete surface.
·
120v Electrical service.
Call Richard Mattson at 810-449-3030 for special
arrangements.
·
Friday night security
through the Genesee County Sheriff Reserve.
·
Extensive advertising
to promote the event (Television spots, newspaper ads, signage, etc.)
·
This event will be
listed in the Sunshine
Artist magazine and website.
Vendor’s Responsibilities:
·
Collection and payment
of Michigan Sales Tax.
·
Vendors must provide
everything they need for their setup.
·
All tents and canopies
must be fire retardant.
·
All tents, canopies,
artwork, trash, equipment, etc. must be removed from the park by 8:00 PM
on the day of the event.

of Commerce assumes no liability for loss or damage to your property for
any cause, or injury to any person, that may arise from the licensing and
occupation of the booth space.

this license application is accepted I give permission to use my name /
business name, and any images I submitted, and any photographs taken at
the event of my items or me for any and all purposes.
